Iran and Russia Strategic Sectors and Space Program
Russia must transfer military technology to Iran. Russia and Iran must work with each other to build Military Equipment manufacturing in Iran to build Russian Military Equipment and Soviet Military Equipment in Iran. The Military Manufacturing must be safe to Iran and Iranians. Meaning the testing, handling, and process of Military equipment should not endanger Iranians. Russians and foreigners are not allowed to work in such factories and military manufacturing in Iran. Only Iranians are allowed to work in them. The factories and military manufacturing must be owned by government of Islamic Republic of Iran. Produced Military equipment must be owned by Government Islamic Republic of Iran. We must ensure Iran has full independence in production of all of Supply chains, part manufacturing, technology manufacturing, and finished product manufacturing. Meaning Iran can domestically and independently produce everything needed to produce finished military equipments in Iran between Persian
